Applying for a loan is one of the most exasperating aspects of buying a home. But it doesn't have to be. Having connections with a lot of lending companies in the Bradenton area has helped me recognize a lot of the things that will make the loan application process pretty simple.

1 – Make a list of questions about your loan program

If you find that you do not entirely comprehend the pros and cons of the various programs, be sure you bring a list of questions. 2 – Determine when you want to lock
